I have ordered and paid for a product and can't access it.

All products should be instantly downloadable once you have paid for them. You should see a Download link to each product on the confirmation page, once you’ve paid for your products.

 If you’ve missed this, log into your account and you’ll find all your available downloads on the bottom right-hand side of the front page or by selected My Orders from the profile menu. 

On the very odd occasion, there might be a problem with a file. Please make sure to get in touch with the seller in this case and they’ll try to help you out. If you don't hear back from the seller, please get in contact and we'll try and help.
