A refund can be requested by a customer if there is an issue with the product they have purchased within one month of their pruchase. Before a refund can be offered, the customer must try and resolve any issues they have with the product's seller.
Once agreed, the seller will put through a refund request. Mash will refund the customer within 14 days.

*Please note that there may be a fee for card processing costs which will be billed to the seller if there is a problem with the product. In some cases, this fee will be charged to the customer where this is agreed between the seller and customer. The fee is generally 1.75% of the product's cost plus a 12c card processing fee.
