I bought a product but can no longer access it.

All products downloaded on Mash.ie are available to you for as long as they remain on the website. Sometimes, a vendor decides they no longer wish to sell their products on the website. It is recommended that when you buy a product that you download it and save it as a backup.

If you find that you can’t access a product you bought, please contact the seller and they will usually be happy to send it on to you. If you don't hear back, feel free to get in touch and we will do our best to hunt it down. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so and we can accept no liability for any products that have been removed from a vendor’s store.

If a product has been removed or changed and the seller is unable to send a replacement within 90 days of a purchase, Mash will refund the customer. In some cases, Mash also reserves the right to take compensation for the refund from the seller.
